Our Mission Statement
At Affinity Community Care, our mission is to provide exceptional, individualized community-based services for those with developmental disabilities. We prioritize tailoring our support to each individual’s unique needs, whether it be in school, work, at home, or within the community. Our services encompass a broad spectrum, including special education, customized employment, supported living or residential assistance, behavioral support, transportation, and recreation. The design of these services is a collaborative effort involving the individual, their family, and those who understand their needs best. We ensure that services are provided in the settings where individuals want to live, work, engage in recreational activities, or pursue their educational aspirations. Our ultimate goal is to empower each individual to chart their own path towards self-directed life goals.
